Came because I was in a pinch before getting my Michigan order this weekend and they definitely took care of me. Ohio prices and weights suck I mean I wish we could just buy an eighth or a quad or an oz lol but not the workers fault. Very friendly and informative and engaged and they had some of the better prices in the area. Should I get in a pinch again before a reup, this will be my go to spot. – Rebekah Mergerson

They are great there! But if you order online, when you check in make sure you see your initials on the board. I watched like 5 people who came in after me, get their stuff and leave and I still wasn't on there. Good thing I asked an employee – Courtney Falter

I have been a customer for a little under a year now. Everytime, I am greeted when I enter and again during check-in. The wait time depends on ore-oder v. In store order. I normally pre-order and switched over to in-store ordering. Mainly helps to catch the tail end of the slow as opposed to the stopped. Average wait for my in-store orders is about 5 to 8 minutes. The check out process is easy. There are options which is nice. Check out times vary depending on size of order, method of payment and the system. I have always been treated very well. Even on busy days. ********Note********* This is a specific store out of 3 locations. These stores have very little say to the prices. Because of this I feel price should be taken out of the equation and the focus should be on customer service, time and ease. – david reid

Called in to clarify since pickup slots weren't available they told me I can come in and use my card as a walk-in they stated that I would place my order in the kiosk and use the card on file with the online account to pay as you do with the pickup or drive through order. Never was there any mention of any third party processing such as dutchy or spender the only mention was the card that I have on file with my online account. The correct account was selected and had the necessary balance even considering their Roundup. Their own methods are not viable. Linking your Banks to these apps flag your bank account. Ohio really needs to catch up some audacity to be charging these prices for off weight and still be on this level. – jesus quinonez

You know I have been coming here for awhile and it is going down hill since becoming legal the bud tenders don’t care, the sales on buckeye don’t exist and they can’t even call you anymore when you put in a pre order if your out of med days and forget just to give you a heads up before you drive all the way there since now all vapes are 2 days because they don’t make .86 an option anymore. Do better for med patients man. Just because you don’t need our money anymore doesn’t mean you should act like it. – Shawn Confessore
