The very nice older gentleman, who I’m positive has been to at least three Dead shows, was welcoming and quick about getting me checked in/sent back to Ken, who was also the sweetest and did not let me make a mistake with a duplicate order, but hooked me up with some deals instead. Everyone here is nice, selection is great. Their check in/ check out process sucks. Redundant questions before you can actually pick up your order. Ma’am the line is wrapped around the lobby & I see you every 3 days do you need to keep asking me if I’ve changed my phone number? No other dispensary makes the process so long. – Ty&GN

My first time at Amplify in Bedford was a great experience! I might have ordered and paid online, so I spent a little less time in there, but it was so quick and efficient. Usually I love going to this establishment but that last few times I have been andre who works there makes me feel unwelcome looks at me weird when I come in and doesn't speak at all just looks at me funny and last time I was there he did the same thing and the next person that walks in he speaks to them and thanks them for stopping in idk what his problem is with me but I really don't like the creepy aura but everyone else there always makes me feel welcome and somewhat loved and appreciated and that's how you should always make a customer feel especially one that keeps coming back!
