Jake was so helpful, kind and gave the warmest welcome. The staff here really knows their product and can effectively support medical patients which is a huge bonus! From the security guard at the front to everyone you encounter inside the shop itself the vibes are right. They have a plentiful selection and the shop is well laid out. I hope they do read these, honestly great customer service but i just went 2 hours ago for this cart and battery and the top extra part that makes it look like a pen got stuck on the cart and by the time it came off it took the mouthpiece too🤦🏾♂️$45 to the drain i hope they do refunds i have my receipt! – aramis figueroa
