Aroma Hill Dispensary - Hoffman Estates

At Aroma Hill They truly provided the best customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I walked out with a Smile every time because they have AMAZING POSITIVE ENERGY and the prices across the board are reasonable and fair. **NOTE: While I no longer utilize ANY products of this type for many months nor do I plan to ever again, per my own lifestyle changes which are = to a now 100% sober and very healthy lifestyle. Please mark my words- if you tactically utilize this dispensary’s products (in combination with working out, eating and sleeping regularly and using pure discipline) as I did; they may help you get back on your path to greatness and conquer very painful medical conditions as I did. With that said I’m still thankful that places like this exist given they’ve allowed me to conquer a very painful medical condition which arose from me falling on my Back. I visited about 4 days ago and Trish took care of me. I was slow on this day and they were very patient with me. I do appreciate peoples gracefulness when it comes to me. She had to take care of another customer and Alex step in and helped me out. I appreciate you all explaining things to me and treating me as a customer in the correct manor. – I AM ABUNDANT I AM LUMINOUS

2nd time shopping and I believe I had the pleasure of speaking with Maggie. Very polite and contagious smile 😃! Also overhead a nearest bud tender talking, jumped into the convo (wasn't my intention to be rude , so sorry for that) but we had a good chuckle. Wish I'd grabbed his name, oh well. Great place, good atmosphere and the prices? I can't complain! Not overpriced. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area – Michael Sanchez

Pretty rad place. Has some great loyalty programs and incentives, you always feel like you get something extra or a discount. Website works great and offers an impressive selection of deals. Super friendly staff. Convenient location. Nice green color scheme. Pleasant, inviting lounge. Always good music playing. Japanese snacks are a nice touch. Sell some really reasonably priced accessories too. No downsides to this place, really. – allyouknowiswrong

A pleasant experience. Downside is I have an android, and they have an iOS only app to be able to redeem your 'first time' discount…so I paid a couple of extra bucks. So what. Unaffiliated so far as the major cannabis brands go, delightful staff…you know what, I'm switching from 4 stars to 5 stars right, now!
