Ross was very helpful today! I just happen to be on the website and happened to find a really really good deal and I couldn’t let it go so instead of taking money from my bank account, I just brought in like five dollars worth of change and I’m 65 years old and I know how to count, but God love him. As I was entering the store, diamond was handling a situation with a customer that needed to leave. He had brought me into the conversation.For reasons that are unknown, I noted to him that I was a disabled combat veteran and twitch.He replied he was the same. Your team's professionalism led by diamond herself was superior. Being a prior veteran, I told him he needed to stand down in hopes that this would help de.Escalate the situation. When I went to check out diamond, have to be the person that assisted me.And had informed me that this is the second day in a row into which this occurrence happened with the same individual. I was thanked for my help. Not just from her, but from the staff as well. One of the tales of good leadership is when those that are working for them stand behind them unwaverly. This is quite evident at this store. You have a good team leader and an excellent team surrounding her. Pardon meDiamond goes above and beyond good is not the right word.
