Terrible service, phone service is completely handled by a call center that does not work directly with ascend so they give out incorrect information. And finally the close and lock their doors 20-30 minutes before their posted store hours. Definitely recommend pure wellness on the other side of town. – Dylan Dunivan

They have always made sure to make things right , kiosk was incorrect a couple times and they made it right with just as good of a product .. always friendly smiling faces as well and very good at explaining in detail the effects of a strain. – Derek Cruse

Preorder on web site. Order was not ready. When ordered on the website was listed at 30% off. But when came to pick up, it came up full price. They seem confused and couldn’t explain the discrepancy. Then told me there’s nothing they can do. They can’t change the price. – Josh Stone

Wasn’t even willing to try another terminal when their system wasn’t working correctly and tried to make me an ATM withdraw for a purchase over 200 which is the limit on the ATM so I would have had to pay 2 ATM fees. Then the manager/supervisor was rude when I asked to try the other terminal since there was no one else in there and she goes “I recommend you bring cash next time” just standing there staring at me waiting for me to set up pay by bank. – Desirae Buckholdt
