This dispensary is awesome! From the selection to the prices to the the amazing team. Everyone I’ve encountered is friendly and helpful and the wait is never long even when the line is. Both times I've went they were very nice, but they gave undue priority to prescription patients against non-prescription users. If you're not medical, expect nice people, but don't expect to feel prioritized. TL;Dr, good people, bad service – metafish

Been here a few times and everything’s usually great. Just wanted to mention—on Monday morning, there was a Black lady with curly hair working who didn’t seem too happy to be there. Not sure if she was just having a rough day or if that’s her usual vibe, but it definitely felt like she wasn’t into it. – Tob Singh
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to get basic information and the employee just hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to speak to manager. They told me manager just left and I spoke with Nicole who is supposedly the shift leader. Nicole accused me of having an attitude and said I couldn't come to store if I have an attitude when I told her about my experience. She refused to give the employees name. I wouldn't be surprised Nicole isn't her real name. I called around 5:20 pm on April 3rd, 2025. – Nyima T
