This dispensary feels like home. The staff makes it that way. Yeah they have some of the best deals around and all that good stuff but the staff is magic here. Been coming here for an about a year and haven’t had a bad encounter yet. Lucas is absolutely amazing at his job and I had to shout him out specifically for how consistently he delivers to the customers he deals with on the daily. I know retail is not the easiest work but this place has the perfect people to consistently pull that off. I recommend any and everyone in the metro area to check this place out. I have been coming here for well over two years, and I swear every single time I walk in, Taylor is working — and every single time he is SO happy, positive, and genuinely excited to help people. This guy is an absolute rockstar. His energy is contagious, his professionalism is on point, and he treats every customer with respect and enthusiasm no matter how busy it is. Honestly, seeing Taylor behind the counter is a guaranteed great experience. He completely sets the tone for the entire place. I truly hope the owners read this because Taylor deserves a raise, a promotion, or whatever the next level is — he’s earned it. I love this place, it's small, sometimes gets crowded, but that's never really a problem because I'm always in and out. This is my favorite place to go to, sometimes I come from across town just to make it over here, when I come in it feels like cheers, because everybody knows my name. I go almost exclusively to Berkeley, they are laid back and a true hippie feel there. Everyone is always smiling and za good vibe. I should know I'm going to be 71 in a few weeks I have gray dreads and I've been smoking herb since 1969. Thanks and peace to all the bud tenders ✌️ – Ed Questionati
One of the bud tenders added a student discount comment to my account so when I came in on Mondays (student discounts after 4pm on monday) I would get the 10% discount they offer without me having to mention it and show my school ID every time. This was super! However, when I came in on Monday and asked Whitney as she was grabbing my change if she added the discount she paused for a second, said no and then handed me my change. 10% off 100$ purchase is a lot and I actively watched her CHOOSE to not take the time to backstep and add the discount.
