Beyond hello more like beyond expectations. Great place and great staff. Security is very friendly and approachable unlike a lot of other places I've been to. The interior is nice and the staff are welcoming. I had a few questions about a few products have came out and I am satisfied with the answers I got. Waited in line for close to forty minutes. After being on my feet actually working for 9 hours. Several employees walked in and out and yet there was ONE bud tender for recreational. The best part about it was the bud tender who was there at first helping the one tender says out loud “I’m going to lunch” when probably 15 customers are in line waiting HAH. Forty minutes for an online order is diabolical. Do your job or stay home DO BETTER what is even more sad about it is that more than half of the customers clearly just came from work but yet their people who are supposed to being do their job ARENT. I’m not sure when this business will do something about the multiple reviews in regardless to lines and waits. Get staff that actually want to work idk but stop telling people thanks for the feedback and wasting peoples time. Clearly nothing is being done to fix the issue. – M H
Came in and purchased an Indian rated at 44+% the. Went home tried it , green shit weed, looked at bottle and found it was infused but originally extremely low thc content, so the the content was falsified by over 40%. Crazy how long I slept on Beyond cuz I lived closer to other dispensaries, but this place has some of the best deals and prices I've seen on the east side of the river. If you're in the area and need some trees I recommend checking out their menu. You'd be surprised the price difference if you were to price compare to others in the area. It’s a great dispensary with good products. Some brands are better for others. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. However it seems as though they’re high because they won’t stop talking after the transaction has been completed. If you don’t cut the conversation short you’ll be there for awhile. So those of you who are mind being a chatterbox, please respect the person behind you waiting impatiently. – Ray Hunt
