Wow. The last time we were in California, the dispensaries were at such a different level than beyond Hello. Beyond hello, is clean and beautifully appointed, so easy to navigate the different types of cannabis you’re looking for, and even more than that the assistance from the staff there was just so informed and pleasant. Max the supervisor was trash can for sure he thinks he owns the place; they recommended some expensive blunt for glass Tip and it wasn’t so went back to tell them. Max said hed fix it do right and did nothing. high prices poor customer service I’d shop elsewhere like coastal was way better all around can’t believe they let that guy work there straight terrible. – Erick Espinoza
Easily the worst dispensary I have ever been too in my life, horrible selection which is 90% out of stock 90% of the time, rude, slow and extremely incompetent employees make it a literal circus, finally started going to a real dispensary (sb collective) and it was cheap, fast and everyone was super nice and helpful. Beyond hello will make you forget customer service exists I actually can’t believe this place has managed to stay open. All of that not to mention they lie about their prices . If you want good fast service, honest prices, and a good selection go literally anywhere else. – william owen
