I was visiting from out of state and almost each day Molly took care of my boyfriend and I. She was absolutely adorable and so much fun! I placed an online order at 5:30 PM, only to get a call saying my order was canceled because all the drivers were booked. This was incredibly frustrating, considering the time and effort I put into placing the order. The minimum order was clearly advertised as $50 on their platform, but I was told I needed to spend $100 because I'm outside of Santa Cruz. This crucial information wasn’t communicated anywhere during the order process, and the system indicated I only needed to add $12 more to meet the $50 minimum. The person who called me was unhelpful, offering nothing but apologies without addressing the misleading information on their website. It feels incredibly unfair to change the terms after the order is placed. – James Partch
