Extremely Disappointing Experience at Bloc Dispensary I had such high hopes for Bloc based on their reputation, but my recent visit left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I wonāt be returning, and Iād caution others to think twice before shopping here. The Incident I came in interested in trying the new Noble Drop product and simply asked to see the terpene profile – a completely reasonable request for any informed cannabis consumer. The staffās reaction was shocking. Instead of treating me like a valued customer, I was made to feel like a criminal. The suspicious looks and defensive attitude were completely unwarranted and honestly embarrassing. Lack of Product Knowledge & Transparency When youāre spending your hard-earned money on cannabis products, you deserve to know what youāre buying. Terpene profiles directly affect the experience, flavor, and effects. Any reputable dispensary should welcome these questions and have this information readily available. The fact that my simple inquiry was met with hostility rather than helpfulness speaks volumes about their customer service priorities. Overall Atmosphere The whole experience felt unwelcoming from start to finish. There was zero effort to build rapport, answer questions, or make me feel comfortable. It felt transactional at best, hostile at worst. A dispensary should be a place where customers feel respected and educated, not interrogated and judged. Final Thoughts There are too many quality dispensaries in the area that actually value their customers to waste time at Bloc. Save yourself the hassle and take your business somewhere that treats you with the basic respect you deserve. I know I will be. – B Fit4Life

Nice place. Was my go to. There's one down the street in south bound brook much cheaper. Same thing and an outstanding rewards system. Be more competitive ill come back. I drive right by you now just a mile or 2 for better prices for same things. – Chris Williams
