I never even knew this place was where it is. Went there last night for the first time and it did not disappoint. After some initial trouble scanning and checking me in, things went pretty smooth. It was packed with customers so that didn’t help matters but everything I wanted was in stock. And I ended up trying their brand gummies.. the cherry cola kind. Delicious. Bloom had a better selection than the other two in the area. Not gonna mention their names. And their prices were better than one of the other places for sure. I ended up buying a bunch of stuff and would have gotten more but I ran out of my medical points and I didn’t wanna wait in line again just to get a few more things. Anyways, check this place out asap you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend. Very professional service and staff was extremely friendly. – Kurt Snyder

I struggled with how many stars to give Bloom. I have a few pros and cons. After you maneuver your way around the potholes that will swallow a Mini Cooper, you walk into a sterile environment to be greeted, and by greeted, I mean YELLED at by Jamie because her computer wasn’t booted up yet. Poor customer service skills and to yell at a customer like an insolent child is poor. Getting to the back where they have finally figured out the confusion with having two lines; and the bud-tenders are amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Never had a problem with them and there’s too many to list by name without feeling bad for leaving someone out. Bloom is extremely convenient for me, as I prefer to go to Monroe where marijuana hasn’t been bastardized by the state of Ohio with no deli, no fun customer appreciation bags, no food trucks. Nothing but high taxes, which isn’t of course the fault of Bloom. They’re doing a great job for what they have to work with. – Laura Schoval
