ordered from them for over a year and never had any issues great friendly staff. and then a got a call saying i canceled too many orders. was told i should not have placed an order if i did not have money. i had money i just was waiting on a direct deposit so i did not zero out my bank account!!!!!! not that this was any of her nosey biz!!! retired not rich . lost a customer . they are not the only delivery service best they remember that. – Cara Vincent

I was treated very badly by Blossom Flower Delivery today resulting in me not getting my order. I wanted to try them out so I ordered a quarter. I was cooking and I didnt notice the text that they had arrived for 2 minutes. I step out and no one is there. I call the number and a woman replies. She claims to have "waited and waited" but tells me she cancelled my order. I politley ask if, since she is 2 minutes away, she can swing back by. She said she wouldn't because "she was already out" and "shes too busy and its my fault I missed my chance". I didn't like being spoken to that way. I asked if I reordered officially could she come back then? She said no, because "she was already out, and shes probably too busy". Its was 12:45 in the afternoon and they close at 9. While it was my mistake being 2 minutes late to the text, she made no attempt to make the sale, or satisfy the customer or be helpful in any way. In fact it seemed like she enjoyed doling out some sort of punishment on me. The only other time I used them was about a year ago and I remember the woman wouldn't even look me in the eye during the delivery. Just super strange all around. I ordered flowers for my aunt Diane Charette’s funeral service, and the flowers were never delivered. No arrangement. No card. Nothing. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a funeral. Before the delivery date, I was contacted about a change to my order that was poorly explained and later disputed. The representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive, and I was begrudgingly refunded five dollars without any real resolution. After learning the flowers were not delivered, I was told my complaint was being escalated to a specialty team and that I would be contacted. Five days passed with no follow-up. I called again and spoke with five different representatives. Each time, I was either placed on hold for several minutes or disconnected entirely. No one took ownership. No one resolved anything. If you are considering this business for an important or time-sensitive event—especially something as meaningful as a funeral—think twice. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic respect during a grieving moment is unacceptable. – MARY Leach

So helpful over the phone for a first timer, up to date emails as to when your delivery is coming. Super friendly delivery driver, the process is easy and smooth. Hands down I will be a customer for a long time! – Michael Alexander
