Blue Sage Cannabis Deli - St. Louis at Hi-Pointe

Let me start by saying I really want this place to succeed. I love their aesthetic, selection, and location. Unfortunately every time I’ve come here I’ve had a bad experience. The budtenders I’ve dealt with have not been knowledgeable about their products or cannabis in general. On one visit I asked for a particular vape pen and the budtender spent ten minutes looking for it before she realized she was looking for the wrong brand. On my most recent visit I inquired about their 710 deal and the front desk staff didn’t realize/know whether it applied to all live rosin/resin carts or select brands, claiming it only applied to concentrates. I have been going here for two months now. Great product quality and more than reasonable prices. Tony waited and me and a friend of mine I brought in to experience the excellent service. Tony went above and beyond. Best dispensary in MO – Michael

Nice place! Nice area. Felt very safe. Excellent wheelchair access. Good selection. Good prices. Great staff. I love that I have the option to see the product quality before I buy it. I visit dispensaries as a hobby and this is one of the most impressive ones I've found in Missouri. That's out of at least a hundred in Missouri alone and I'm impressed so take that for what you will. Highly recommended. Oh, and if you're hungry there's a phenomenal restaurant right next door with good prices to boot. – Andrew S

This morning I did an pre order online and arrived at dispensary at 9:30AM to pick up my order. Everything was fine until I got to counter and the salesperson told me my total and it was the same as on order, but the problem is when you arrive before 10AM, you are supposed to get 20% off of order for happy hour and that did not happen. This is like the 3rd time I came early and no discount. Why advertise this on YOUR WEBSITE, but don't honor it when the customer comes inside of store. Should I have to remind them of the discount? If so then I need to be employed there. Very disappointed with this. – Bryant Shelton

Not sure what was off. Been a Blue Sage for two years. When I checked on 0 people were on line before me. I waited 30 minutes and 7 people were served before me. Went up to the front desk and dude rescanned my ID and said I was in queue; as he was finishing another budtender walked in and asked for the 8th person behind me to come on for service. Took me ID and left. Spent a 10 hr day on a chainsaw volunteering with tornado cleanup; waiting 30 and still not being in the queue kinda killed me for the day and on this venue – Andrew Frania
