This is the first time I've made a review about a business in a very long time. I normally don't make reviews, even if the place of business was terrible, but this has been on my mind for a few weeks now. I don't normally visit Boulder, and when I do, I have a specific shop I go to, but I was in the area and was needing to grab some cannabis. I decided to stop in at Boulder Built and see what they had. When I walked in, I was greeted by an employee and they checked my ID and as I waited to be served, we talked for a moment. I don't remember names very well, but there was one employee that did stand out. I think her name was Natalie. She wasn't my bud tender at the time. She was in the middle of a sale with another customer. I overheard a few things that were being said. What caught my attention the most was how she was handling the situation. She was being extremely rude to them. The customer was mentioning how the pricing for an ounce was supposed to be a certain price during happy hour, and how she wasn't allowing him to use his points for some money off of an ounce. I don't know the whole situation, but I was upset for the customer because of how she was treating him. To be honest, it felt like she was scamming him and/or lying to him about policies. She wasn't yelling, but I could tell she was raising her voice and showing some anger. Once I was done with my purchase, I walked towards the exit and I could still hear her giving the customer the run around. I personally will not be coming back here. The sole reason is because of that employee and how she treated another customer. She caused me to have a terrible first impression. I don't understand why someone in this kind of business would even act like that towards a customer with some really important questions. I hope things get better for the place and I hope that customer got the answers and help he needed with his transaction after I left. – Kevin Jameson
Whoever runs / manages this store should be fired. Very rude and very unprofessional. Please stop scamming loyal customers. At the end of the day not only is it yalls fault but it’s a loss for your company. Don’t shop here EVER. Gonna file a BBB on this company. – JACOB
