Breakwater Treatment & Wellness Cranbury - Medical Cannabis Dispensary

Breakwater was my first dispensary (been in the medical program for arthritis and other things for 6 years now) and I always return there when possible. Breakwater Quality is what all others hope one day to achieve, some are getting closer, but I’ve always been happy with the contents of every Breakwater purchase. Wish the prices were a bit more relaxed, and I wish their locations were more convenient to me (I’m situated equal distance from Cranbury and Roselle Park). But I’m never upset leaving Breakwater. Though I do question why they can’t get another similar bubblegum strain like they did in the past, it was the best for making a gray NJ day feel like the sun was shining. – Mitch Gurowitz

Literally THE BEST place to get medical marijuana. They are weed perfectionists! They have consistent strains that are always on point and available. And they are not rec. I would rather pay full price here, it’s just better quality. There is no comparison to Breakwater. 🏆 I have been a loyal customer since 2016. Always excited to try their new strains!!! Update Feb 2025: last two times I purchased one of my usual strains K8, I received a dried out product that was basically dust when grinded up.. NOT the breakwater quality I’ve experienced all these years. I spoke with a budtender about it and she just said “oh maybe you got an old jar”.. Meh… it would have been nice if they could have replaced it for me. 👎🏻 Additionally, for the past year, I’ve had a problem with their vape cartridges clogging up half way through, happened to two or three different cartridges. – Katy Griz

Update: 2023 and this is still the best cannabis in the country IMO. Prices have started to come down in the state and the $75 off an ounce and stackable deals make BW worth it. I’m glad they have a loyalty program but I wish that ounce discount was permanent. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else if that was the case. (2 hour round trip when I could just go to local dispo and save money) – N A

I drive over an hour every weekend just to get their products. They have helped me tremendously getting off of big pharma medications that were causing nothing but horrible side effects. At one point I was taking six different pills a day, because of Breakwater I'm down to only two. At this point apparently we have over 100 dispensaries throughout New Jersey and they are the only ones at this point I'm willing to buy my flower from. There are a few other products I wish they would get involved in, like some RSO full spectrum infused edibles. Keep up the great work, and I'll continue shopping with you. 🙏 – Jonathan
