Normally I would say 5 stars but after my last experience… screw that. I don't appreciate being lied to by Chanelle after she was fully vented to about how my day was messed up and horrible. Totally not her problem, but customers don't deserve to be lied to that it's illegal for a bud tender to pitch in for a regular when they spend hundreds of dollars every two weeks in your store. I've had tons of amazing bud tenders but Chanelle was not one of them. 1/5 idk if I'm going back to the yelm location thanks to her. – Bri Yeamans
