Bud & Rita's Niles Dispensary

I’ve been shopping around at different dispo’s and Bud & Rita’s is in my top 3. The customer service is always a 10, there’s never any long lines or wait times, and I can always count on them to carry certain brands/products consistently. Website was knackered when I bought but the lovely bud tender patiently listened to my complaint and promised that it was already being looked into. In addition, she caught an error I made with my order (I somehow ordered "shake") and saved me grief. Color me "impressed" with her professionalism. I also liked the large selection of product.
