It’s very clear that ownership here prioritizes revenue over people. The focus seems to be entirely on money coming in rather than customer experience, staff engagement, or basic operational flow. Customers feel like transactions, not people. There’s no sense of care, attentiveness, or accountability from the top down. A business can make money and value its customers—this place chooses not to. What a shame. We will see how long it lasts. Never coming back here again. They have a lot of good stuff and the staff will help you to choose what you're looking for.. since! have been going to Buds Goods ! do not have to spend Thousand of Dollars money my medication. This location checked out a random customer under my name ( i have never even been to this location). I only found out because I went to make a purchase at the Abington location and was denied. When I called, I was put on hold multiple times with the last time being long enough for The machine to hang up on me. I had to call back again to finish getting it reversed . All in all took me nearly half an hour to get the situation dealt with when it should’ve never occurred in the first place. When I asked to speak to a manager, the woman on the phone asked me why and then said they’ll have her call me and hung up the phone. They weren’t even apologetic. They basically just said “we don’t know how it happened”. I would never go to this site and if they’re careless about confirming ID to an account, I’d be concerned about what else they are careless with. They only got two stars because it did eventually get fixed – Cassandra Parker
