Please, whatever you do do not rent from Andrea who’s manager at The (Buffalo) apartment are Mako Management properties. I’m getting evicted because the old manager is there and Andrea is kind of the manager above the manager. I guess whatever she is anyways just thought I’d to take my money orders for rent and allocate them to my deposit even though I had a payment plan for my deposit she checked my entire rent and put it towards my deposit file an eviction on me. I try to talk to him and let them know what was going on that my money orders were allocated to rent Only. She put it towards a deposit that I have the money and you know what they said not my problem we don’t care you’re getting evicted so I just suggest you start packing and get out and it was because I filed a complaint because Andrea told my daughter that all the maintenance work order she put in weren’t going to be taken care of because I filled them out and my daughter selling them and she told my daughter she was not disabled when she has girls her Social Security check she has autism, etc. and she flat out around told me told my daughter right in front of us she you are not disabled and I said yes she is no she isn’t and she got really rude and hateful. I filed a complaint ever since Then everything you work out with the previous manager with payment plan or assistance or anything they will not work with you they will not help you. They tell you to do this to keep them updated. They’re never in the office. They never answer the phone. They never returned phone calls and they take money out that I have memo rent only and they just put it to the check thing and then they put it in the computer how much it is and what it’s for and then they shouldn’t be able to do that and there’s two payments that I have money order receipts for that I paid my rent and they never showed up as being paid. I call make a management company to explain to him to talk to him about it and they said not a problem if you have Issues, take it up with your manager at your apartment complex. That manager is never in ever she never returned phone calls. She’s very hateful, rude disrespectful and she looks down on people that need help and that’s the honest truth. Please do not reference them. I was almost for five years because of domestic violence and you tried to kill me and I finally got me an apartment and I did everything right as they asked and I still got nothing from them but an eviction notice and I don’t care – Natasha donnelly
