If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told upon checking in that it was my first time and I will be receiving my first time 50 percent off deal. When I was checking out I thought the price was rather high, I asked multiple times to verify that the first time deal was applied and was told yes. I come home and still didn’t feel right so I looked at the receipt and it was indeed not applied. I called and was told basically to screw myself. I also bought a battery that day that ended up not working so I had to go back the next day to return it and was told that I would not be able to return it and I would have to come on Monday when the general Manager was in. Even when I came in on Monday the GM showed no interest in making things right. I needed to return a cartridge that was misfiring and was told to replace it I would have to “hit it” to make sure if it works or not, so I have to risk getting a dui for you to replace a completely full defective cart? I don’t think so. I have been in the industry myself for years and have ran this by various dispensary owners and brand reps, all completely flabbergasted by the way this dispensary operates. Buyers beware if you have an issue they will not fix it or even pretend to care. This wasn’t just like 20 or 50 bucks. We are talking being overcharged around 400 dollars with no recourse. The owner should be ashamed of the way his employees especially the managers treat their customers/patients. Lots of better dispensaries, check out wellgreens. Much better prices by far even without the 50 percent discount they are cheaper. Buzz is a scam. – Colton Davini

Always a great experience stepping into this dispensary. They have welcoming and helpful bartenders. One way this dispensary stepped up was when there was a miscommunication between a third party online order and the employees which resulted in me receiving the wrong product. As soon as I brought up the issue, they gifted me a goody bag with three pre rolls and a drink to compensate for the mistake. Wonderful customer service as always from Buzz. – Miki Is Dying
