ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I've been a loyal customer for YEARS!! I purchased 3 WareHouse cartridges. One of which was clogged the first time i attempted to hit it. I took it back (as instructed) just for them to tell me they "tested" it and it worked fine. Firstly: how are you testing it without pulling on it. It wasn't the atomizer it was clogged in the mouth piece. All I asked was to switch it out not even refund or new flavor. They basically told me to shove it up my @$$. Tossed the cart on the counter and walked out. Nice to finally see loyalty gets you absolutely no where. – Nicole Clementi

Hot or miss lately on their vape cartridges, this last one came out of the package oxidized. The one before that only heated up the coils once then it stopped working. Update: I spoke with Mike and he apologized about my previous experience and then went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service.
