I’ve been to dispensaries throughout Alaska and in several different states but none compare to this specific location. The products are incredible. They have something for everybody! The staff is one of a kind. These employees treat you really well every time. They have hand selected the kindest people, all very knowledgeable and helpful. Such a great team. Go here if you want to be robbed with no sympathy! We got a faulty cartridge and manager refused to refund us. It doesn't work on any of the THREE batteries we own. One of them is brand new. We've purchased the brand many times (NWConcentrates) so it's clearly an issue with the cart. When my husband tried returning it the first woman agreed it was faulty, but when the manager came out she claimed it was fine. She just pointed to their mile long return policy instead of using her words, obviously she didn't care at all. She seemed annoyed just being outside her office. Couldn't even offer a discount?!?! I'm not spending money somewhere that takes zero responsibility for faulty products and treats customers like they couldn't care less. – Katy
