This is the best cannabis store in the valley. The price is right, the atmosphere and selection are amazing but what puts it above and beyond is the customer service. Jeremy is the best he so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, personable , great vibes and is friendly. I have been coming here for years because of him. I have heard it’s a great company and keeping a budtender like him proves it. You should give him a raise and name a strain after him. Call it the Jeremy Bearimy or ask him for a strain name idk I’m not your boss, I’m just an ideas man who can leave a review. Anyways buy weed here from Jeremy. – Mitch Conner

Go here if you want to be robbed with no sympathy! We got a faulty cartridge and manager refused to refund us. It doesn't work on any of the THREE batteries we own. One of them is brand new. We've purchased the brand many times (NWConcentrates) so it's clearly an issue with the cart. When my husband tried returning it the first woman agreed it was faulty, but when the manager came out she claimed it was fine. She just pointed to their mile long return policy instead of using her words, obviously she didn't care at all. She seemed annoyed just being outside her office. Couldn't even offer a discount?!?! I'm not spending money somewhere that takes zero responsibility for faulty products and treats customers like they couldn't care less. – Katy
