This dispensary is AMAZING…legit great vibes from the moment you check in to the moment you walk out. I always leave with a smile on my face. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable, there is always someone available if you need help finding your way around or deciding on a product. There is so much to see and take in, it’s not your average dispensary, they have a very artsy vibe and their displays are very informative on the different types of products. I am always excited to see the new displays on current products and what’s coming out soon. They keep it fresh by rotating their products and merch, seems like they really think about the immersive experience of their clientele. The employees don’t hound you either, they always greet you with a smile but give you the space to do your own thing. If you have an issue with social anxiety they have kiosks that are self explanatory and can help you browse the menu giving you choices of what the best product is for your current needs. They also have an app where you can pre purchase ahead of time so on days you are not really feeling the whole shopping vibe it’s a nice alternative to get you in and out quickly with minimal person to person contact. I just can’t say enough good things about this place, it’s my dispensary of choice. I have several dispensaries around my town but they all seem so impersonal, drab and unorganized…just not for me so I drive the extra 15-20 mins for the Canna Pro experience, they really get to know the customer and go the extra mile to make you (and even your pets, yes they are PET FRIENDLY) feel special like family! – Nickole Robertson

If I can give zero stars I would. They sold me leaves and called it buds. The supervisor said yeah it tends to be on the leafy side unfortunately you can’t return or exchange it because you don’t like it. False advertisement to charge someone for buds and sell them leaves. It tasted like homegrown. I can see why nobody likes working or shopping at CannaProvisions. Dirty con artists with dirt for bud. Thanks for confirming why I stopped shopping there. Avoid at all costs. Next door is a better shop. They have early bird specials and a punch card for extra discounts. Don’t be fooled by CannaProvisions low thc trash. That’s not leafy bud. You should have sold this as shake. Sour Diesel buds lmafo I hope the little bit of money you made is worth losing a customer and any of my friends. This store not only carries everything that I would want & need but is the most artistically & aesthetically pleasing establishment I have ever been to! I would absolutely without a doubt recommend this business to family, friends, or strangers in need of a product that you carry; Or just to check you out!! Great place to get good quality. The line always moves fast. Make sure you bring your ID or you can't get in. They also have several monitors to help you make your selection. The staff is pleasant and have patience when asking questions, very knowledgeable. – Nija Saunders
