I am submitting this complaint regarding a prepaid cannabis delivery order that was confirmed for same-day delivery and ultimately never delivered. I paid in full for my order, and the funds were immediately withdrawn from my bank account. Despite payment and confirmation, the delivery was not made as promised. I was told the only option was to wait until the following morning, even though your company retained both my payment and the product I had already purchased. No alternative solution was offered. What makes this particularly troubling is that this was my third attempt to continue doing business with your company after prior customer service issues. I have repeatedly spoken positively about your business, recommended it to others, and deliberately continued to give you opportunities because I wanted to support a women-owned company that I believed in. This final experience—being charged for an order and receiving nothing in return—was not only frustrating, but insulting. That feeling was reinforced by the condescending tone of the customer service representative, who appeared to treat the matter casually rather than as a serious failure to deliver a prepaid product. At no point was I offered a meaningful remedy, compensation, or reassurance. I was simply expected to wait, despite the inconvenience and the fact that my money had already left my account. I am saddened that after multiple attempts to remain a loyal customer, this is how the relationship ended. All women owned it claims. Greeted immediately by a friendly woman who was very hospitable. The environment was very homey like it was built out of love. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection a little off the main streets nestled in beautiful Berkeley – Frank Lopez
Jade and Jovanna are amazing! I bought a cart from there that for whatever reason didn't work with my pen but worked with other pens. I went back to return/replace for a new cart but they gave me a new pen that worked with the cart for FREE! They stand behind their products and the employees go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met! Highly recommend this place.
