Came in late tonight, like 5 minutes before closing and Tanner was amazing. I’m sure that at 9:55 everybody there wants to just go home. But Tanner was courteous, professional and did not make me feel like I needed to rush. I really appreciate the staff at this location. – Aaron Goodnoe
Duncan, Georgia (manager), Taylor and Christian are the people I’ve met and deal with at the 269 Western Avenue location. I wanted to say great things about how the store looks and is run with individual compliments. However, all these people are kind, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and are the reason I continue to come back. I’m never worried about who the tender is because they’re are decent and good people who genuinely have never tried to sell me anything only suggestions. I like that. I never tried when I sold cars and it comes through to the customer. Thanks again for being so awesome Duncan, Georgia, Taylor and Christian. 5 stars. – Gregory Pratt
my fav dispo, the sweetest workers georgia and taylor know me by first name and are always kind and lovely to greet, they are just another lovely part of visiting cannabis haven. a newer cashier ashley checked me out today and she was so welcoming, soft spoken and kind, the exact kind of person i wanna buy my bud from! never had a bad experience here and it will keep my loyalty for that reason – Paige Trask
I used to come here all the time I loved this place. All of a sudden one new guy I've never seen before can't read my license and won't let me buy anything?? I've been using the same paper license here for the last 10 months and it's never been an issue. When I showed them my license for the first time they take down the expiration date so they know I have a valid ID, that I've used as recently as last week. And they have in their system the exact day that my license is no longer good… But all of a sudden I'm not allowed to buy here anymore. Good thing there's 300 other dispensaries in the area that will be happy to earn my business. Really strange that my ID became all of a sudden 'unreadable' when it has been perfectly 'readable' and in the exact same condition for the last 8 months… Maybe if there was some consistency with service then this wouldn't have been an issue. If every other employee has had no problem with my ID up until now, it makes no sense at all that all of a sudden my ID is no good when it was fine last week and in the exact same condition. The manager I spoke to was condescending and rude and was no help at all. I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in your store and this is how I'm treated??? As I said there are literally hundreds of dispensaries in the area that would be happy to take my business from you. Go back and look at the cameras. Look at how I was welcomed into the store and how no one would help me. I had to ask if one of them was going to. I appreciate that you want to stick up for your employees but when they're treating your customers that spend tons of money in the store like garbage then maybe you shouldn't stick up for them and maybe you should do some managing? I love this joint! (See what I did there?) Anytime I get some product advice, they have been pretty spot on. They are all friendly (the one bad seed is not there anymore or he works in the Rec building next door). Prices are great, too.
