The customer service at this store is out of space awesome! I did not understand strains very well and was told by my specialist to get someone that did due to my medications but was to scared to ask because of my conditions. The people at the store were more than pleasant with me when I asked for help and guided me step by step with my questions. I was so relieved to not have any embarrassment and they did not make me feel stupid at all. I had been buying the wrong strains the entire time. Now I feel much better and it's because of the trained staff at the Norfolk site! – andgar2127
I hate to give a bad review, but one of the budtenders at this location is very rude. She is an African American woman, petite in build, with dreadlocks and wears a scarf or covering most days that I visit. Never smiles, never gives me a good morning or good afternoon or any salutations for that matter. Snarky comments. I try to avoid her in line, but I’ve made it a point that the next time I come here I’m going to ask to speak to the manager if I feel she has treated me rudely. I’ve never had a negative word for her and don’t know if we’ve ever met outside of this establishment. I’ve come to the Norfolk location once or twice a week for about a year now. Most of the staff is wonderful. That’s why this particular budtender’s demeanor towards me stands out, as she is never pleasant to me, and at this point I’m not sure what the problem is, especially as a patient and paying customer. Outside of that, prices are standard for the other area as compared to the other two Cannabists I visit. Always a good selection in stock at any location, and, except for this one employee at the Norfolk shop, very nice and approachable staff. NOTE: The outreach team for this location reached out to me and I was very grateful. After a brief discussion, I really felt my complaint heard and my patronage appreciated. Hence, I was happy to update my review back to the 5 – stars this location deserves. – G L0678
Have always had relatively a good experience however I just purchased an order this morning and I paid for 2 pre rolls and found this evening one of my tubes is empty with a fresh seal indicating it hadn’t been opened, hopefully this can be corrected. Update was fixed ! – Isaac Knight
