The tender named Simeon was able to get me one of the most amazing deals I've had in my customer experience at the store. He is a very knowledgeable associate, and he helped me get a wonderful Mother's Day gift for my mama. Due to medical issues, she has sensitive lungs, and when I told him this, he had just the thing for her. – Deathaxis13

My son and I love coming to this store. The selection is always amazing, the prices and deals are great and the service is always friendly, informative and helpful. Tenders like Simeon and Sharon and a few others that I can't remember their names off the top of my head are one of the biggest reasons we faithfully shop at this store. – Sara Litle

Placed an order through weedmaps, for prerolls Was overcharged for two extra prerolls by employee Finn When I called to ask them to check the cameras and place the remaining credits on my account, I was faced with backlash stating I needed to come in PERSON in order for them to go back and fix the mistake I made. I relocated states in 2022 and stopped coming to this dispensary due to it, back then Noah was one of the budtenders and I never left without giving him a $10-$20 tip. When I called today to ask if it had been taken care of DUE to it being one of my favorite places to shop, I was met with the response “ the owner is busy, or the owner is not here” I followed up asking why I had to step out of my way in order to get things fixed, when I was IN PERSON literally the day before and “the owner wasn’t there” again. I’ve tried at multiple attempts to get in contact with management, I do not have a free and open schedule in order to just stop by at a specific time of the day… With that, the management has refused to offer a solution to fix the circumstances and a review has been left. I don’t know the mental adjustment that has happened in the past three years. But being money hungry and disrespectful to customers is just sickening. – Dej J

Staff is friendly, but there is nothing low prices. There's a shop down the road that does double what they offer at half the price. 25 grams of concentrate and all .75 j are 5 dollars. Just tires of people acting like they are the cheapest, when in reality this is one of the more expensive ones in town – Leechristian Lucht-Watts

I used to really like this place until today. I went last night and was very clear to the tender about getting two grams of the $25/g. He instead of giving me two grams like I requested to purchase. He tricked me into buying half a gram instead the two grams. I ended up leaving the store with 1.5 grams when it made way more sense to get the two that were on sale. I don’t understand how the guy messed up. It does not make any sense. I called ti make a complain and see if I would be able to at least get my other half. And of course they told me no and that I had to call to management. I am calling tomorrow. I will update this review depending on how thr manager handles it. – Lina Chovil
