I've been stopping by Canazone after work almost every night and I gotta say, I really look forward to going in and being greeted by Maggie and Storm! I ordered two of the Smokiez 1:1 THC/CBD Watermelon Gummies from their website on Friday (*see photo of what I ordered). I followed up with a phone call and spoke to “Mikey” to let them know I couldn’t pick them up until Sunday. He said that’d be fine, that they had them, and he’d put them aside for me. I showed up at 2:45 pm on Sunday, and was waited on by a young woman. She grabbed my order but it was the wrong item (it was “sour watermelon”). I told her I couldn’t use those or other flavors due to smell and taste sensitivities (it took me a while to find the regular watermelon ones which I use for sleep). She checked and said they didn’t have the item I ordered in stock. I explained that they showed as available on the website. In fact, I just checked again and they still show up as available on their website. I expressed my disappointment and she tried pushing a different flavor on me (blue raspberry) even after I’d told her I was smell & taste sensitive. I again expressed disappointment and she mumbled something about her family owning the business. I really have no idea what that has to do with ordering items on their website only to arrive at the store to find they are NOT available. She also threw shade at Mikey stating he only worked a couple of days a week. Again, what does that have to do with anything?!? She made no effort to apologize or try to remedy the situation (for example, checking to see when the item might be back in stock). I wasted gasoline driving down (in the rain) and felt dismissed. I had a great first time patient experience, i was welcomed by the bud tender Maggie who was very helpful and knowledgeable on products i had questions about. She made my shopping experience awesome and easy. I will be coming back just based off her customer service. – Jennifer Ruelas
