My new favorite shop. Best deals in town and they have what I want 90% of the time. Rosin selection could be better but everything else is all stuff I love. Emma is always helpful and does great as well as knowing the product. 5 stars 🌟 – Stefan Ramsey
Anne is the most amazing staff I have ever met in my life. She is very compassionate and makes everyone feel so happy. I come to the store every week and hope I see her because the environment she creates is so wholesome. I am not even from America and I live in Federal Way and I always come all the way here because of the feeling she gave me when I came to this store the very first time. The products are my second favorite thing about this store. I love the staff and specifically I really love and appreciate Anne a lot. So thank you for so much Anne for being who you are. – Simon
We love going to Cannazone Edmonds because their selection is fabulous. But what brings my husband and me back time and time again is the awesome customer service we get from Anne! She is incredibly knowledgeable of the products, listens to what you’re looking for, and makes excellent recommendations that satisfy every time. She’s lead us to products or lines we wouldn’t have tried or found on our own, and if we want something different next time; she knows a great alternative. This is my FAVORITE dispensary in the greater Seattle area. The 50% off Friday deals are awesome, and the cartridge and dab selection is amazing, but the real reason we keep coming back is Ann — she's the best budtender EVER. She's always super knowledgeable about all the product in stock, has extensive recommendations, and in general she's just super fun to talk to, like a cool aunt who introduces you to strains and products you didn't even know you needed. – Luisa Powell
This is the second time in a row I've completed an order online at one price, then went to the store, where they've charged me more than it said online. The budtenders just say, "well, that's what it rang up at. The website must be wrong. Nothing I can do". I don't know if it's intentional or not, but it sure seems like a classic "bait and switch" of purchasing online for a good deal, then getting there to find out it isn't, and items ring up for 10-15% more than it lists on their menu. Again, twice in a row. If it's in error, they should offer to sell it at the price I BOUGHT it. I'll no longer be shopping at Cannazone, as they don't appear to me to be honest to me. And even if it's unintentional, I'm not shopping anywhere that sells you something online at one price then charges you more when you go pick it up. – Scott Marlow
