The guy that helped me was so rude and when I'd ask a question about products he kept telling me that they didn't have whatever it was i would be asking about just so he wouldn't have to do his job and actually help me. Usually the bud tenders are always happy but this guy obviously doesn't like his job people like that shouldn't be working a job that requires him to interact with customers. Im definitely going to be going somewhere else next time instead of going back to this dispensary where i was treated rudely and talked to like i was stupid. I almost always have a wonderful experience with the bud-tenders and staff here, that’s why I’ve made it my regular spot. My bud-tender today was absolutely lovely like she always is when I get her. Unfortunately though I had a somewhat unpleasant experience on the phone today. When I was being checked out, one of the staff members (who was training a new cashier it seemed and the cashier was great even though he seemed like he was being rushed as well) informed me that i went over the legal limit with how many bags of edibles I had. I was completely fine with taking a bag off, I was trying to communicate which one to take off and I was rushed. I was cut off while I was speaking and thought that I had bought more than I did because of the rush and miscommunication. I had called when I got home just to clarify that I wasn’t charged for five bags instead of the four I received. This same staff member answered and I was met with a very rude tone, continued to be cut off while I was speaking and I don’t personally appreciate hearing statements like: “if YOU remember right, we did this” and “Trust me, we sold you exactly what we spoke about” in a very sarcastic, condescending tone. I hope this person can work on their phone customer service and communication at the register in the future. – Ashley Hartwig

Normally when I come in the mornings everyone is very helpful and very enjoyable. However, last night was my first time coming in the evenings and I did not receive the same great customer experience as I normally do. Lexi made the experience a lot less pleasant than normal and wasn't helpful with the questions I had. It's just not the experience I would refer new buyers to have and would suggest you go in the mornings if you aren't familiar with all their products. Which is what I will be doing moving forward. – Sarah T

Shoutout to the budtender this evening for watching my back because of some interesting folks outside while I was leaving. It meant a lot and I felt safe and secure knowing that the staff truly cares about safety! I wish I got his name so he could be properly thanked. – Ava Garfield
