Was greeted the moment I walked was granted access, the staff are always super friendly, polite and maintained a positive customer service attitude. The selection of cartridges is good enough that I bought something that wasn't what I went there to buy, and it didn't disappoint. This is probably the second or third review I have ever posted since the advent of smartphones. In summary, if you are ever in need. Catalyst and their staff always their to help and provide. The prices are good, The quality is better, And the service is the best. Also (Store was opened late,9:30 instead of 8 with notices for the late opening. I chose to wait instead of taking my buisness, however small, elsewhere.) Wow this turned into an essay. Their reward program is also extremely nice when you need it. – Leroy Straley

I purchased a $65 cartridge, get home and find out it’s not working. It feels like I’m taking the fatest rip of my life but when I exhale there’s little to no smoke. It burns my throat and taste like burnt rubber. I give them a call to see if they will exchange it and they said to bring the cart in to test it. I’m in this store, the cart tests just fine same as my second battery I had to go back to my house to get, making this 4 visits in an hour. The first guy broke my first battery (granted it was holding on for dear life. Not the point tho. Point is I came in with a working battery and left without a working battery) all this just to not even get an exchange. Dude literally said “I can see that it’s working” okay, and I never said it wasn’t working. There’s little to no smoke. I have to constantly hit to feel ANYTHING and it burns and taste like burnt rubber. Yeah will never be coming back to this store or any of their other locations ever again. – Lizzie Arkell

Plus do not go here if you want customer service.It doesn't exist bud tender was too busy with one crackhead, too.Take care of the line that she had forming all over $5. Maybe train employees better as far as i'm concerned until I receive a better customer service from this place, they will only receive one star sincerely your local guide – Austin Langford

Great Selection of goodies and I like the layout of the store. When you walk in you show your ID at the window and then they call your name and you go behind the door to make your purchase. If they’re taking customers already then you just wait in the entry room it’s pretty spacious they have a list of other products on a table for you to look at so you know what you want. They have an ATM there is seating. I was in and out in less than five minutes my bud tender was very polite knowledgeable and fast. When comparing prices online this store had the lowest prices for the six items I was looking for. I’ve come here about six times always making the same purchases I will continue to come back and I would recommend anybody at least coming in and checking it out – Jahnay “NayNay”
