Usually the customer service is too tier,but not today! First off all customer service should be your number one priority!!!!! How you treat your customer should be a priority!!! Just like it's not my fault that the company was low on inventory because of Christmas Eve and Christmas. Like it's not another holiday afterwards called New Years Eve and New Years day!!!! Just like it's not their fault that's I'm broke! I don't control when I get paid and sometimes I can't afford my regular because I prioritize buying groceries over buying good weed! So if I only have $5 I expect better options for my $5! Not when my favorite pre roll is sold out! But who cares they don't! So to break it down customer service means nothing and my money means nothing! Now I have to find another shop! Finding another shop is like dating it sucks! ☹️😞 And I buy a lot this isn't the whole collection! 😔 And I'm just sharing my experience not telling people not to visit there. by the way! – Renee Malone

I love this place, firstly because the staff is amazing and the product is top notch. always a happy greeting when you walk through those doors. They have very big selection of products, from flower's, Edibles and accessories and that’s why I gave it a five out of five and that’s why when I go in there and make sure I have at least five dollars to tip my server. – Bobby

Bud tenders are always nice and knowledgeable on the products. When I lived in OC I would go to the Stanton location, loved it also! I even been to the port hueneme location(people their arent very nice) when I visit my brother on base. Catalyst never lets me down though👍🏾💙 – Janiece Brown
