Bad customer service now I was clear and precise over a raw garden pull to draw battery or buttonless battery and had a situation escalate to glass being dropped, being shoved and ganged up on by management. I was yelled at being told it’s 2026 when it’s 2025 and they don’t sell push to draw or buttonless batteries. I never yelled and tried multiple times to descale the situation. When things did finally deescalate or I walked out, the security guard (not even the budtender) helped me find the right battery which is apparently a Raw Garden disposable. Bad management. Plenty of clinics down the street and I just wonder why this went down so negatively. Stay safe and just go on Sundays with the lines, don’t be the only one in a clinic on a Tuesday lol. – a a
This place has a nice vibe .I came in for a few items and something for my back pain . Ray was my bud tender. She was fantastic! She took the time to explain different strands and what might work best for me . I had Lots of questions, and she never made me feel rushed . She was extremely knowledgeable in all the products. She was so amazing very helpful very nice. It was my first time and she walked me through everything. She made it a very, very, very pleasant experience and I was very happy with how it went. Also, the environment was great as well. I usually have great experiences at Catalyst Stanton and really appreciate the many amazing budtenders who are always kind and helpful. That’s why I was so disappointed with my recent visit. I purchased 7g of Coastal Sun Infused Diamonds Royal OG (Sungrown) and was shocked to find it was mostly powder — not the flower I expected. I was never told that 20% of the product was concentrate (diamonds), which is a very important detail that should’ve been clearly communicated. As a medical patient on a tight budget, I would never have bought it had I known. I couldn’t use it on its own and couldn’t afford more flower to mix with it. Also, I’ve had repeated issues with one budtender who’s consistently rude to me. I was told Val (the manager) would follow up over a month ago, but I still haven’t heard back. I’m sharing this respectfully — I truly like Catalyst and most of the team, but I hope this feedback leads to better communication and product transparency going forward. – Catrena S
