He knew about all of the different terpenes and suggested the perfect strand for our issues and made us feel informed while providing some of the best customer service we've ever had! I had a great experience at Certified Cultivators! The entire team was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take the time to help you find exactly what you need. Special shoutout to Halley and Jenasis for going above and beyond and showing extra love with some merch — that really made my day. From the moment I walked into Certified Dispensary, the energy was just great. The folks up front greeted me so kindly, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. When I got back on the floor, Carol was amazing from start to finish. She asked me what I was looking for, and when I mentioned I was interested in a pre-roll, she followed up with, “How are you looking to feel?”, and I really appreciated that. It’s not often that budtenders take the time to ask that question, and it showed how wellness-focused and intentional she is, even though I was shopping as a recreational consumer. That extra care made me feel like a person, not just another customer walking through the door. Carol’s genuine approach and knowledge made the whole experience stand out, and she’s definitely someone I’d ask for by name next time I come in. I had an amazing experience at Certified on Silver Drive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed… the smell was great, the music was good, and the energy was positive. The woman at the front desk was warm, friendly, and welcoming, with a great sense of humor that instantly made me feel comfortable. Even with her mask on, you could feel her smile. She helped me sign up for rewards and made my first visit easy and enjoyable. The rest of the staff was just as amazing … friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help. Cannabis Carol assisted me with my order and was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what I was looking for. She even suggested something better than what I originally came in for, and I’m so glad I trusted her recommendation. I left happy and spent less than expected.
