The store is absolutely delightful! The name is very suggestive, and the branding is impeccable. As soon as you step inside, you are transported to an environment that feels like a blend of a sophisticated fragrance store, an artisanal perfume shop, or even an elegant hotel lobby bar. The service environment (service escape) is truly remarkable, offering an atmosphere that impresses and captivates. Moreover, the customer service is outstanding: the staff is extremely courteous, welcoming, and polite, always ready to assist with kindness and professionalism. Another positive point is the wide range of services offered at very reasonable prices. And I must highlight the excellent location: the store is practically in Times Square, making it very convenient for any visitor. Charlie Fox is an absolute treasure of a dispensary- from the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and familiarity in a totally gorgeous space. The ‘cannabis sommeliers’ were so knowledgeable and helpful, while sharing science-y information in a very palatable way. They offered non-dosed samples of their gummy selection which are actually some of the best treats I have had- infused or not.
