Ok, so I'm going to try to sum this up as quick as possible seeing as though Google doesn't like me to be long winded! This place is beyond any I've been to this far. I looked through the menu and saw Weasel Diesel, I got some conflicting lineage on the internet. It was mainly Sour Diesel and Headband Pheno, so I called and Alex answered. Not only was she incredibly nice, but she had an Excel spreadsheet with the lineage of everything in the store! When I got there, I was greeted by Alex and got to chat for a few. Then I went in and was greeted by Xavier and Isabel, again both a very warm welcome. Xavier helped me out and was even able to help me fit in a pre-roll to my order, he didn't care about a tip. You want to know why, because everyone is in it for the love of the products, which is almost never that I see such amazing service like this. Was so excited I lost my cell phone in my car and they actually helped me find it. So to Xavier, Alex and Isabel, all of you are a breath of fresh air in a world of misinformation, you had the information and then some. Incredible and outstanding job! You have gained a lifetime customer. The pre-roll I saved for later but was able to get in some Weasel Diesel that was by far one of my favorite strains. It even made my top 5 list. The staff here, most notably, Xavier, Alex and Isabel were out of this world and the best service anyone could EVER ask for! I applauded all of you for being there for the love of it!!! The products were equally as amazing like I said the Weasel Diesel, out of this world, it's like Pauly Shore named a strain lol. Incredible flower and the pre roll was a nice bedtime treat. As far as smoking needs and other products in store, they have everything you could think of and then things you never thought of. I would rate it it A+ X π! Can't beat it, there is none other like it! So to Xavier, Alex and Isabel, thank each and every one of you for the best experience EVER! All of you deserve a raise! Cheech and Chong in Northampton is always a fun stop and the staff really knows their stuff! The Rove Purple Haze Cured Resin 510 I grabbed here is a classic done right. With its smooth inhale, nostalgic flavor, and an uplifting heady buzz, it's perfect for social settings or creativity. Great balance of quality and consistency. Highly recommend! – Jacob Bernardo

Cheech and Chong is the best dispensary around is western mass. They always have great sales everyday. Wednesday they have the best deals! The weed is always on point, the color, and what it says it does is always right. The weight is actually what it says no short cuts. The best place hands down. Know to the people that work there are always fantastic, extremely friendly! you dont have to wait inline that long at all. I am always super happy with what i have gotten.. my favorite is Springtime Blueberry frosted gelato, and East coast Cheese so far! I truely believe Cheech and Chong is going to blow all the dispensaries out of bussines they are the BEST! I dont go anywhere else and tell all my friends and family about this place! – Linda Rivera
Good workers with amazing personalities, but getting tired of coming in to inconsistent deals and never knowing what to expect. And NOT in the good way. When deals were set for specific days and things were consistent, it was awesome! But I can get same products for better prices elsewhere…. Sorry Cheech & Chong. Get consistent again and maybe I’ll think about coming back in the meantime I am going somewhere else… – Rumor Bluu
