I came in for a disposable pen. I was greeted by Hayden who was extremely friendly and helpful. I explained to him some of the negative ways certain disposables have effected me in the past. He spent like 5 minutes patiently answering my questions about different types of extraction processes. Where a different shop might bring out one or two options to show and tell you about, Hayden brought out SIX and would have gladly brought out a bunch more if I wasn't interested in those. The store front was very beautiful and clean, the prices were reasonable compared to the few other shops I've been into and they allow you to use a card at the checkout (plus ATM fee but that's expected). The rewards program seems cool and I really like that it tracks your purchase history so you can go back and find products you've liked in the past. At the end of the day it comes down to customer service and Hayden provided 10/10!!! – Cole B

When I got there, their was one costumer at being helped at the desk the manager who I believe was name nick. She was screaming at him, calling him names, belittling his intelligence. She had clearly decided how this interaction was going to go in her head before she even got the the store, and yet he kept his cool and continued to speak in a calm collective manner and try to deescalate the situation. I don't know if you could ask for a better manager in that situation. – shawn denny
