I waited in line for 20 minutes and when It was my turn one of your bud tenders named Erica was standing staring at me with no greeting. I told her I wanted to look at some herb so she walked me over to the herb section and then she told me that I can wait off to the side for another bud tender that she wasn't going to take my order because I was rude to her last time and I did not tip. She proceeded to the next customers in line all of the other bud tenders were busy so I asked if I can have my order taken because I waited in line like the rest of the people and a lady that identified herself as the manager but did not give me her name told me that she can refuse my service too if I throw a show to sit there and wait. I am disabled and I cannot stand for long periods of time so I was a little frustrated when I was told to wait off to the side and watched the people behind me buying their products I asked the manager with her name was and she called security and I was escorted off of the property, this is by far unacceptable I have never had a problem before I always show nothing but the upright most respect I have spent plenty of money here at club w it is right down the street from my house and it is a shame to be treated so poorly I felt discriminated because I didn't have enough funds the last time I was here to give her a tip – Johnny Stayzblessed

I normally have a good experience at this club but today is the last time I go to this because there unprofessional. I am a 2x cancer survivor this guard that was checking me asked if I need a line pass nope not at all I just have a 600$ dallar boot that helps me walk and I use a cane this clown ask me to update my profile so it would say that I am disabled then thay sale me expired food that is 2 years old I tried to return it or switch it out the manager was not professional I said there expired she said show me she already knew there’s no date why would you sale food that’s over 2 years old? This could and should have handle in a better way – chris x

Experience was really well, but the security guard outside named Corey came off extremely aggressive and hostile as i asked him if it was okay to bring my E-Bike inside the store since it is a expensive bike. I immediately got denied and was told by corey “i’m the supervisor security for all 12 of these stores and you’re not gonna put your bike in the store. I simply say okay bro like relax. I put my bike up and go inside and i ask the receptionist if it was okay and she said “yes no problem just sit it on the wall”. I go back outside and tell him “hey i got permission to bring it inside” and he raises his voice and goes “NO your not putting it in the store, I don’t care what she’s says she’s a receptionist”. So yeah whole vibe was thrown off just by your “Head Security” power tripping me. I go back inside and tell the receptionist and all the bud tenders in the store and they are all on my side and think the dudes weird and aggressive. – Nate Alcaraz

Edit: I added another star because sometimes they have celebrity brands in there…. My initial review is 4 stars however I'm changing it to two because they recently raised their prices and they did not inform me before my purchase and I like to buy high quality and so I ended up spending way more than I had anticipated and it would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have adjusted my purchases accordingly……(Everything over $10 was 30% off but now nothing is 30% off and there is nothing posted stating it is no longer 30% off, nor was I told prior to my purchase so honestly I didn't realize until I was thinking about it as I was walking out) I was a little hesitant to come here because I prefer the smaller more intimate stores, however this one is well organized, the prices are labeled on the shelves so you don't have to keep asking them how much everything is…. Right now 30% off everything over $10…. And they've got a lot of selection and a lot of variety of top shelf sh!t. The workers here are pretty nice and knowledgeable too, which is very helpful. The parking lot is horrible though….. Only reason why I give it 4 stars 😆😆 – MuLiShA80

I love this new cannabis club! They have $10 3.5s and that makes me so HAPPY! ☺️☺️☺️☺️ the service is great and it's very clean and organized. Shout out to Club W!!!!! – Lanequa Williams
