I’ve been a loyal customer and always shop from the featured and top shelf flower selections, expecting premium quality especially at the higher price point. However, I’ve recently found multiple seeds in their house flower, which is completely unacceptable for the tier I’m purchasing from. What’s worse is the response I received when I brought this to a manager’s attention. Instead of taking accountability or offering a solution, she casually implied that I should be shopping from the exotic tier if I don’t want seeds. SERIOUSLY If I’m already paying extra for what’s labeled as higher quality product, why should I be expected to spend even more just to avoid basic quality issues? It’s disappointin to see the decline in consistency and customer care. If quality control and customer service don’t improve, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. – Nicole
Service is always friendly, it starts at check-in with the awesome staff upfront! However, after multiple purchases, I have found that the loose bulk flower out if the big jars most often taste like chlorophyll. Got an array of buds my last visit from various vendors but disappointed with the products again. I did let management know a couple times in the past in the hopes it would be mitigated somehow, but unfortunately has not. – Matthew L
Was not accepted inside due to light damage on my corner of my ID. I have been here multiple times and nobody has told me anything with the damage until a new person showed up. I know it’s a rule about not having damaged IDs, but the fact that I was allowed 30 times in before with the same amount of damage and today, I was not allowed tripped me out. Maybe train your employees better to make sure to not accept me from the beginning and not just have me randomly told no After taking a $20 Uber to arrive to your shop Keep in mind the ID is still intact, no pieces missing. And to make it worse the Security was so rude! After telling him that they always accept me like this, he states that it doesn’t matter how much I argue I’m not gonna be let in . Have been a loyal customer , but its time for a new shop 🤙 – Extorsin
I had a really disappointing experience here recently. A heavyset woman who seemed to be a manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked to smell a strain labeled “Strawberry” something and she flat-out refused, saying she was allergic to strawberries. I was confused because… it’s cannabis, not a fruit bowl. There were no actual strawberries in the jar, just terpenes. Instead of asking someone else to assist me, she just stood there, offered no solutions, and acted like I was being unreasonable for even asking. I ended up leaving without buying anything because why stay somewhere you’re clearly not welcome as a customer? If your personal allergy prevents you from doing your job, you should step aside or ask another staff member to help. Blocking a sale because of your own issue (and attitude) is just bad for business. If your allergy stops you from doing your job, fine—but don’t block the customer from being helped entirely. That’s not policy, that’s ego. – Bill Macard
Best place hands-down been coming here for years. Staff is amazing. Love the prices if you’re not going to harvest you missing out like you might as well stop smoking. – Conshetta Williams
