I love that the budtenders have so much personal knowledge of terpenes, compounds and product variety. They can offer great suggestion with health and science based information beyond personal preference. It also seems notably safe with security and friendly environment. – Bryar Welton

Attempted to send them an email regarding this however their email listed on their website comes back as undeliverable so I’m forced to leave a review. The people I dealt with were all pleasant, no complaints about staff at all, I would actually say the guy checking IDs seemed very enthusiastic and made me feel like he appreciated my business – which is a drastic difference from Health for Life in Bethesda where they’re always so angry. Unfortunately I have to deduct from the rating for a few issues. The main concern that I attempted to email about is the carts I purchased. I bought two Live Rosin carts by Amber and there happened to be three sticker labels stacked on top of each other, with me being curious I decided to peel them back to reveal two other labels both of which were labeled as “Live RESIN” from the same brand (see attached photo) but with different product names. I prefer to only use Rosin carts as they are solventless and so I’m a bit worried as I don’t know if these are truly rosin carts or if a mistake was made with labeling. Secondly, this may be out of the control of the location, however the I purchased this Betty’s Eddy’s watermelon variety because the picture on the website shows it as the “High Dose” version with 40mg in each (as seen in the photo attached) – but it ended up just being the 10mg variety, so just for the sake of confusion the photo could be updated, as I didn’t really read into the product I just saw “40mg High Dose” and added to my cart. Overall, the workers are nice, and it’s not hard to get to but I just would like some transparency/clarification on the vapes. – jvn
came in and brought three disposable vapes. mr. bud-tender wouldn’t apply my veteran discount since it was a couple days out of date. been coming here for a long time. will never come here again p.s bud-tender should not examine my personal information on my cat card. don’t ever question my vet status. – Abbey Ngo
