I come here every week and usually never have an issue, but today was honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced at this shop. The budtender helping me was extremely rude and dismissive. when I told her what I wanted, didn’t even bring the right item she brought me something completely different because she wasn’t even listening . Like I’m the only person you’re helping how do you even get that wrong? When it was time to pay, she just stared at me and said, “we don’t have tap pay right now,” with zero apology or basic courtesy just a plain blank stare. like okay?? can you offer a solution?? or be helpful? What made it even worse was when the manager came over. Instead of stepping in professionally or correcting her behavior, he let her stand there hovering over the whole transaction, giving attitude the entire time. The dynamic between them felt unprofessional, and it really came across like he was siding with her no matter how she acted, as if I was in the wrong just for trying to pay. I’m here every week, but after today I’ll take my business somewhere that treats customers with respect. A simple apology and basic professionalism shouldn’t be too much to ask. Especially since how would I know that your touch pay was down? It’s interesting to me that she appears to put on her best smile for certain male customers—possibly hoping for tips—yet couldn’t extend the same basic courtesy to another woman. I would have gladly tipped as well had I received respectful service. – E G

Super professional, fast, and made the whole experience smooth when I was on a tight schedule. Great energy, great service, and much appreciated.
