Employees at Craft are super kind & knowledgeable. It's nice that you can ram points that will go to a discount. Hailey is the budtender who usually helps me. She takes great care of me. She's knowledgeable, patient, and has a bubbly personality! My only qualms is that it's a little more on the expensive side. Maybe prices would be better if they hadn't spent money on the 10 plus T.Vs 🤔 🤷 – Hope McElligott
I tried three times on separate occasions to set up a rewards account with no success, a manager even confirmed to have created my account which ended up not being true. The 5 star reviews have me thinking the staff discriminates. Thankfully there's so many other dispensaries in the area that are more welcoming. – Amy Green
The staff is always friendly, Thaddeus always has great recommendations and is very helpful . :) They stay pretty up to date with new drops. Love that they have a reward system as well, it definitely helps if you’re consistently purchasing. My only hope is that they update their deals eventually, some of the prices are a bit higher than other dispensaries nearby, so I think switching up the weekly deals could potentially attract new customers. – Evelyn Meeks Fine
