The employees are friendly and nice. But this dispensary confuses me, I’ve placed online orders at this location, the PHX Airport one, and several other dispensaries—but Curaleaf on 48th Street is the only place where for example, I place an order online & it says $14, and then when I go to pick it up, it’s $16. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s strange because this doesn’t happen at any of the other locations or dispensaries. I also come during happy hour a few times, and the discount doesn’t get applied. I haven’t had this issue at any of the other locations but something to look out for! – Tiana
Long time customer here, I place an online pickup order, picked it up on the way home. I got to the counter and the lady didn’t want to sticker all the prerolls I purchased and just threw the stickers in the bag.Once I got home I opened the bag to find almost half of my order missing. I called the number for the store and got a call center. I proceeded to explain the issue and the lady called the store to to talk to the manager and they never picked up the phone. The call center lady told me that she would leave a note for them and to come back the next day. I did just that. I explained the predicament to the manager and he said he would be right back. He came back with half of the half missing order and told me I was good to go. I asked him what about the rest and he was like “what do you mean?” Nobody checked anything!That will be my last visit to curaleaf. Don’t leave without checking your order. 0 customer service – Kevin
