I have to say I come here a lot and usually buy the 8th x2! However, Simon one of the techs help me get something way way better and I was super impressed with his knowledge! Curaleaf is my go to dispensary. I frequent a couple of their locations depending on their availability. I visited the Bell Rd & 19th Ave location yesterday. Greeted kindly as always and everyone was very helpful. I was super excited about my flower flavors I picked out especially the Garlic Cookies 🔥 Sadly when I got home I was no longer excited! Its a bag of sticks with some fox tailed popcorn nuggets attached. Straight from bag to scale its only 12 g and I bet half of that is sticks. To say I feel cheated is an understatement! This material belongs in the garbage! There's no nose on the bag and its dry and flavorless. I wish I would have looked at the bag before buying. My other half was the Donney Burger which was 🔥🔥🔥 stinky, nice fat nugs, and great taste. I highly recommend you check your order as best as you can before you buy! I know Rec sales are down and I honestly think its due to the quality of product it's just not there like it used to be! Everyone is struggling to make it now days, and the last thing we want is to spend our hard earned money on a bag of sticks! – Jennifer Morales
Normally check in takes 2 seconds. Today when I went to check in guy helping me was getting frustrated and doing a lot of typing and searching on the computer. When I asked him if there was a problem he asked for my cell phone number and I respectfully declined which made him visibly more agitated. Then after a couple more minutes of him still searching. I asked again if there was a problem or something I could do to help and he yelled at me and said let him do his job. Then the security guard got upset with me when he saw the guy checking me in was getting upset and everyone started treating me like shit so I left. I'm in this location like every 2 or 3 days. I tip really well and all the employees call me by my first name when I walk in the door. Not sure what the problem is but I'm gladly taking my business elsewhere. I am a little disappointed though cuz I did like a couple of sales people they had here. – Rich Gulley
I have three people at my favorite store which is 19th Ave. and Bell Rd., Simon, Gia and Lucky…. always take care of me. I’ve never walked away from there unhappy they have the best Customer Service and impeccable as far as I’m concerned and they’re honest if you try to buy some weed and they don’t think it’s good they will tell you don’t buy that shit. get something decent here we got you, girl and they always do. ….. these three people should be commended for their impeccable, customer service skills, and the knowledge of their products…..!!!!! I'm a Giving Tree orphan who tried Nirvana and they're garbage, so I thought I'd try CuraLeaf. Totally different experience!! The facility was clean, organized, and the employees knew what they were doing. I was in and out in no time. I wasn't rushed or treated like an inconvenience. Richard, who assisted me, was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for. Not to mention, the prices are great! Def recommend! – Lola B
