I always look forward to stopping in at Curaleaf after work, and a big reason for that is Shaun! I usually come in around the same time in the evenings, and he’s almost always there with the same upbeat, positive energy that completely changes the vibe of my day. No matter how long the line is, it’s worth the wait because I know I’ll be greeted with amazing customer service. Shaun has an incredible way of listening to what I’m looking for and then guiding me toward the right products. He doesn’t just make recommendations—he helps me strategize the best smoke for what I need, and his advice is always spot-on. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly loves what he does, which makes the whole experience so much better. Thank you, Shaun, for always being a bright spot at the end of my day! I'm incredibly disappointed with Curaleaf's business practices. While they are a popular spot in the Valley, their loyalty program is completely out of touch and arguably deceptive. The spending requirements for their tiers are astronomical: $800 just to reach the second tier, and $5,000 for the top tier. Because points expire in a very short three-month window, these goals are unattainable for the average customer, keeping almost everyone trapped at the base level. Additionally, the customer service regarding these points is lacking. Staff consistently auto-applies points to purchases without asking, removing the customer's choice in how to use them, and there is virtually no way to track or prove this on the consumer end. It feels like they intentionally keep quiet about the details of the program because it's so poorly designed. If you're looking for a dispensary that actually values its customers and offers realistic, consumer-friendly rewards, look elsewhere. Curaleaf's system is clearly designed to make you fall short. – TJLongStocking
Yesterday I placed an online order and then went in to pick it up, I was helped by Lex was who fantastic. Between the online order, the non-existent wait time, the good customer service, and the great product this trip was an all around win.
