Today was my second time shopping at this dispensary. I don’t speak English that well, but I can manage a basic conversation. The first time I went, there was this guy with a beard and a cap who helped us… I LOVED HIM!! Super friendly and helpful. I had my cousin with me to translate and make things go quicker, but this awesome guy still made the effort to include me in the whole experience and conversation. He was super nice, professional, and had great energy. Today was my second time going to the store, and the same guy helped me again! This time I went by myself, without a translator. Somehow, we managed to understand each other… and he nailed it with exactly what I needed: the product, the specs, the price… everything. He was super patient and even gave me different ways for us to communicate. He has such a great vibe. Honestly, more people in customer service should be like him. If you ever go, I really hope this guy is the one helping you out! I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name… I wish someone could tell me what it is (: – Monica N
Went today 5/31/25 for the first time. The staff from security to check in , could not have been nicer and more helpful. Kendall served me and was very patient, informative and helped me select products, steering me to sale items to help me choose. All in all a very pleasant visit to the store and was in and out in 10 minutes – Chris Roberts
1st timer. Very different way of doing business. Not sure if I liked the musical chairs you sit in waiting before your turn. Other than that they were very nice, professional, knowledgeable and I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Your staff is doing a good job.
