Permanently closed? This place has always been great when you can actually catch them open… but they tend not to update their hours here or on their website and it's a bit of a 50/50 shot whether you catch them open even when they're supposed to be. I stopped by today and their entire storefront is empty so my best guess is they're closed for good. Nothing on their website about it. Wouldn't waste your time coming here. – Joseph Tillman

The place is nice with friendly and knowledgeable staff. If not one major issue, I'd give it 5 stars. The issue is that their hours are highly unreliable. They randomly close for an extended period while the store is allegedly supposed to be open. So it feels like a coin toss whether you can actually buy something from them when you're walking by. – Aleksey Cherman

We've been to this store four times, roughly every 2-3 weeks, and EVERY TIME the staff has been amazingly helpful and friendly. EVERY TIME! :-) And I do mean helpful, as we are novices and always full of questions. This store has everything — drinks (light and strong), gummies, yummy chocolates, drops, etc. And in addition to a BIG variety for an arguably tiny store, they also keep it interesting, with a rotating product line and new stuff every time. Very thankful it's in our neighborhood. 10/10. – Eric Brodeur

Terrible customer service. The staff was helping someone else when we entered. So we waited and shopped around. We were fine in the beginning, with no greeting or welcoming gesture at all, but he just completely ignored us. We wanted to purchase a couple of items in the end, so we waited for him for a few minutes near the register, and we noticed that he is just not interested. The store was not busy and it’s small enough to recognize that two people were waiting at the register. We live in this neighborhood and we won’t be back. – Hailey
