My experience here was as always… Stellar. Ordered through the touchscreen. Headed to the counter and was greeted by Desiya. High energy she promptly explained my strain had sold out but I ended up receiving my original choice anyhow. We laughed and she got me registered for the rewards program (which I should have been using). I tipped her and was on my way. – Parish Deberry

Ran by wonderful management. I frequent here and would love to praise the quality of products. I keep coming back because I feel valued and I’m thankful for the teams patience regarding an issue I had in store… I must say outside of them serving the highest quality with best prices in the entire lower manhattan/SOHO area, they’ve been able to market themselves by offering a loyalty program, improving their customer service which is the inverse of what I’m observed from growing dispensaries, and lastly, the desire to leave customers smiling and on higher vibrations. Nicole is always the most helpful and kind. She knows what type of stuff I like and helps me figure that out. Today I was in a rush and she came through and got me what I needed.
